Monday morning, December 28th, our oldest son Larry underwent an extensive surgery which succesfully removed cancerous lymphnodes from
his body. Larry has experienced extreme pain the first few days after surgery, but the grace of God is very evident in his life. His wife Ashley has been a picture of love and grace as she has
ministered to him.
While we are now awaiting pathology reports and recommendations for follow up treatment, we appreciate and need your prayers for continued grace, complete healing and wisdom.
Our doctors are positive in their comments about Larrys prognosis, and we continue to put our trust in God our creator and sustainer. (Psalm 71:5)
Terrie and I are spending this week at a hotel near the hospital here in Hollywood.  Our family has been here, along with Ashleys parents since Sunday. Brother David Gibbs has been with us at the hospital all week, and a few pastors have come by to pray.
Our staff is doing an incredible job with the many responsibilities at LBC and ministries. The church has many helpers, but Larry has only one father, and I am honored to be with him.
Please pray for his pain to subside, and for God to raise him up an use him mightily. Larry is a true man of God, and he is extremely grateful for your prayers.
