The word intervention has become a popular term, often associated with addressing addiction or abusive lifestyles, where someone steps in to bring change.

In Scripture, however, we see that great leaders were also interventional. Moses intervened on behalf of Israel, boldly declaring, “Let my people go.” The prophets stood against the false teachings of their day, crying aloud with conviction. The Apostle Paul instructed Titus to go to Crete and “set in order the things that are wanting.” God often calls leaders to step into challenging situations to restore order, uphold truth, and bring about His purposes.

In this new episode of the Spiritual Leadership Podcast, we look at what it means to be an intervening spiritual leader. We learn from God’s Word how leaders can courageously and scripturally step into moments of intervention to restore unity, strengthen the body of Christ, and bring glory to God.

Whether you’re a pastor, ministry leader, or a Christian striving to honor God in leadership roles, this episode is packed with encouragement and insight for 2025. I pray it will encourage and equip you.
