When Paul stood to preach the gospel on Mars’ Hill, just outside of Athens, he faced a pluralistic society, much as we face today.
Acts 17:22–34 records Paul’s message and the response he received. Some mocked. Some showed a little interest. But others believed.
Even so it is today as we share the gospel. Not everyone responds by receiving Christ as Saviour, but some do. And as we faithfully proclaim the gospel message, the Holy Spirit works in hearts.
Standing there on Mars’ Hill and preaching from Acts 17 has definitely been one of the highlights of our trip. I trust you’ll enjoy the video below, recorded on that very spot.
