Over the next few days, pastors, missionaries, and Christian workers from over sixty countries will begin their journeys to Manila for Spiritual Leadership Conference Asia 2025.
Some will come from places where following Christ is costly—where the gospel is illegal, and underground churches meet in secret. Others will arrive from lands where Christianity is so uncommon that the average person has never even heard the name of Jesus. Yet all will gather with one heart—to be encouraged, equipped, and empowered for the work of the ministry.
The 10/40 window is home to the largest concentration of lost souls on the planet. But it’s also where we are seeing one of the greatest gospel movements of our time. God is calling missionaries. He is raising up national pastors to take the gospel where Western missionaries cannot go. And Spiritual Leadership Conference Asia is about strengthening and equipping them to do just that.
Why This Conference Matters
This conference is a strategic gathering for the advancement of the gospel in the 10/40 Window.
- Thousands of pastors and Christian workers will be present.
- Pre-registered delegates represent 61 countries (and counting), including nations hostile to Christianity.
- Since the first large-scale Spiritual Leadership Conference Asia in 2020, this meeting has born the fruit of over 350 missionaries being sent, hundreds of thousands of Bibles distributed, and entire regions being impacted by the gospel.
As we approach this year’s conference, we have a four-fold purpose:
- Engage Spiritual Leaders: More than just another meeting, Spiritual Leadership Conference Asia creates a space where pastors, missionaries, and church leaders can connect, share burdens, and strengthen one another. Through powerful services, testimonies, and strategic collaboration, delegates are equipped to press forward in their calling.
- Edify through Biblical Preaching: The morning and evening services feature dynamic, Spirit-filled preaching aimed at strengthening and encouraging those who serve in some of the hardest fields. It is impossible to put into words what it means for men and women serving in isolated fields to sing praises to the Lord with ten thousand other Christians and to hear biblical preaching freely proclaimed. These messages will challenge, uplift, and reignite a passion for the Great Commission.
- Equip for Effective Ministry: Practical training is a core focus of this conference. Breakout sessions led by experienced pastors and missionaries provide biblical strategies for church planting, discipleship, and local church leadership, helping delegates be more effective in reaching their communities.
- Evangelize the Unreached: The ultimate goal of this gathering is the spread of the gospel. Every sermon, conversation, and resource is designed to strengthen and equip those laboring for Christ so the gospel of Christ reaches those who have never heard.
How You Can Be a Part
We have seen God work mightily through this conference in past years. But the needs in the 10/40 window remain staggering, and we are asking the Lord to do even more this year. Will you join us in prayer? Would you commit to lifting up this conference before the Lord every day?
- Pray for safe travel for all attendees, especially those coming from closed or restricted countries.
- Pray for the speakers, that they would be filled with the Holy Spirit and preach with boldness and clarity.
- Pray for divine appointments and meaningful connections that will result in lasting ministry partnerships.
- Pray for souls to be saved, both during the conference and through the ministries of those who attend.
- Pray for the Lord to use this meeting to call hundreds of new laborers to His harvest fields. “Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest” (Matthew 9:37–38).
- Pray for Lord to do “exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20) through Spiritual Leadership Conference Asia 2025. May He be glorified and His gospel spread through this conference!
