Life and ministry can be depleting. It seems that the pace is as fast as ever and the expectations on us are higher than ever. Servant leadership can be stretching. Seasons of fruit bearing have their ups and downs.
None of this, however, means that we are unable to go on. It simply means that we need to, as David did in 1 Samuel 30:6, learn how to encourage ourselves in the Lord.
